Same as last year. He dies but his animation continues. Arachna did the same thing, not sure if it still does.

What is trying to be point is that even after his death...he doesn't fall off the cliff and fall into the ocean.

The glitch was that the death animation sometimes wouldn't play after Tarlok's death. This is fixed as of yesterday's update. QA is still working on the immortal minions though.
