Ebanebam(lvl 55 and growing) Idudhd(lvl 54)
Sizoo gives them to you in Alien Oasis 3, but you need to be either 35 or 40 to begin them. He appears in multiple instances so go through them all!

well im a level 38 or 39 and i ran the levels multiple times but idk maybe im looking to hard? still new to this still of games..... grrrrr

Try to get to 40 first, he might give it to you then, but certain quests definitely have a minimum level requirement!
