Trying to enter the game through an Ally

Hi all!

I have recently been having some problems where after trying to enter through the game via visiting an Ally (Shazbot or Klaas) the screen brightness goes down a bit and I can not click on any buttons after there - having to restart the game. It has happened to me on Laptop and Samsung tablets numerously
