The 1.16% is a flat amount, regardless of the level of the item the gem is put into. In this case, you would get .31% + 1.16%, or 1.47% Crit at level 8 (before the crit added from the 1 point of dex/int etc)

Only the first equipped gem adds 1,16% crit I think doesn't if same item or not...like paracelsus

On my twink, i tried to add 2 para gems and got lots of dmg. I think that means the same item.
