I use chrome and I have never encountered that. Tried resetting? Has it been like that for a while?

I think you should first restart Chrome and then, if it doesn't work, try restarting the computer. If you still can't do it, I have no idea what to do

Try Reinstalling chrome or Delete your cookies. it helped me when i had that problem
