@Remiem May we follow-up on this issue. Is there a solution to this problem?

    Hey guys!

To test things out, I tried to log in fine from four different devices, two of which were utilized Google Chrome. I've been able to get in just fine, so I'm afraid I'm not sure what the issue could be. Are you still experiencing the problem? If so, I recommend emailing support at support@spacetimestudios.com.

To help them out, let them know as much detail as possible For example, you can tell them:

    - Your device, your OS, and what version you're running.
    - The type of internet connection your on. Have you tried multiple internet connections? Have you tried a direct connection to the internet?
    - How long the problem has been persisting.

Everything appears fine at this time, but I'll pass a note along to see if I can get any further information for you guys. I highly recommend contacting support either way though.

I hope you guys have had a pleasant holiday!

Unfortunately this problem only seems to be affecting a handful of users and we have not been able to pinpoint the cause. We are out of the studio for the holiday but will be investigating as soon as possible when we return.

What I did is that I reset My Google Chrome browser to it's default settings (Google chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 m), Installed Google Chrome for Business browser and even try to mess with the settings in chrome://flags but none of these worked.

Somehow I managed to make my Arcane Legends work using this version of Google Chrome (Google chrome Version 40.0.2214.45 beta-m)

You can download it here https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/beta.html

    Instructions:
1.) Uninstall your current Google Chrome browser
    2.) Install Google Chrome Beta
3.) Install Arcane Legends in Google Web Store
    4.) Enjoy Playing!

I hope this will work on your PC aswell
    Have a happy holidays everybody
