Does luck re-roll epic type rarity into Locked Crates or does it only re-roll the Planar Chest into a Locked Crate? I'm thinking of not using my lep at all unless it's at T3 for the double loot. Would appreciate some feedback.

It does that I'm pretty sure, either way without luck and with luck, you might reroll green to chest and without luck you might loot a chest. But with luck you will reroll it into a pink but without luck if its a green it cud have been a chest.lol yea! figured it will re-roll a lower rarity into the next rarity regardless of which item
