With regards to the gear, I would hope so. Every other towne has. I asked what type of new items there should be. Like what theme of items. Throw out some ideas and I'll try to draw up some stuff.

AO town won't require an approval since it will be in a simple patch (I think)

It doesn't require one but you know the dev team.. Always trying to give us a whole bunch of goodies at once; like Christmas and your birthday rolled into one ^_^

Nah it doesn't require a client update, the devs just like to bring in more stuff along with a towne
