Noobmigo's Basic LvL 20 Riot Bear Build

Today, Noobmigo is going to explain for you guys how to make a basic riot bear work. Noobmigo is NOT the best at riot bears, not even at bears. BUT, this build can help you on your way to a good reputation as a twinker if you use it right. (Like I don't, I'm just a trucker, I'm working on it)

boosters
Boosters used in this build are:
Red Chain of Legend, Crusader's Ironrock, Polar Gingerbread Defender (10), Burglar's Avian Helm, Board N Nail of Legend, Redfang's Forest Chain, Iron Sword of Power, Ursan Helm Of Power.


Real Equip
After boosters, you should have (at least) 56 dex and (at least) 63-66 str.
I used Lvl 17 platinum talon (jewel thief)
Conquerer's Ironrock Shield
Forest Chain of Legend/ Battle armor of ahnold
And battle helm of ahnold or whatever.

Skill Build
Now for the most fun part of the day, the skills
You should always, ALWAYS max Hell Scream and Rage.

Skill Build is like this:
6-Hell Scream
1-Crushing Blow
6-Rage
1-Ironblood
1-Super Mega Slash
1-Vengeful Slash
3-Stomp

Combo: Buff, Crushing Blow, Hell Scream, Stomp, SMS, Venge.
This combo gives maximum knock-back but will only work if you press really fast.

So This is what the build should look like.

Wep-(17) Jewel Thief's Platinum Talon
Helm-(Plat) Battle Helm of Ahnold OR a Ursan Mercenary Helm
Armor-(Plat) Battle Armor of Ahnold OR a Forest Chain of Legend OR Red Chain Tunic of Legend
Shield-Conquerer's Ironrock Shield

54 dex (56 after boosters)
41 str (63-66 after boosters)

you can achieve 66 str and 62 dex without platinum items:

lvl 19 Ursan Mercenary Helm
lvl 19 Jewel Thief's Platinum Talon
lvl 19 Chain Tunic/Mail of Legend
lvl 19 Conqueror's Ironrock Shield

I have 71 (69 or 65 mabey) str and 61 dex as of now. 30 str from my current equips ouch.

Until very recently? No. You would think it's the most obvious to max though considering the huge drop in hit percent it gives.

Hmm......2 crushing blow to negate your dodge just enough.
-1 for....Iron Blood....or something.

But the thing is, I knockback fast , Crushing Blow can be dodged too So... Could you land it before my hell scream and superstomp?

But... Then you leave yourself open to my hell scream. Meaning you will miss and I will be pulling huge crits on you. Not to mention Hell Scream is long ranged. Crushing Blow is 3 mm.
