Recruiters Job Description
- Must show some leadership, help members on a regular basis
-Must know guild entrance requirement
-if a player does not meet ALL requirement but only SOME, ask for an officer's approval
-Fail to follow guild rules will be demoted
-Constantly looking out for players to recruit
-Pass recruit to officers when in need of test runs




NEW Guild Entrance Requirement as of January 13 2015:
These rules were discussed and agreed upon by officers.


- Level requirement lvl 41
- At least 1 pvp KDR*(if negative, needs an officer's approval)
- At least 50k PVE
- When in needs of approval, MANDATORY elite test run with an officer.

Rogue-3700 hp/600+ dmg with bow +pet
Mage-3700 hp/600+ dmg* with gun + pet
Warrior-6500 hp/2000 armor

Any players who does not qualify needs an officer approval.

Twink entrance:
- Must have a level 41 active account in guild
- Must be at their current level. Only for twinking purpose,
- We are not here to level you up your twink or do apps with your twink. We are an endgame guild.

PROMOTIONS: Please do not ask in guild chat if you can be promoted as recruiter or officer. Stand out, and show teamworks.




Chat rules:
- No begging, spamming caps, arguing(take your arguments out of our chat), racism, or sexism.
- Respect each other.


Marketing:
- Items sold in guild chat should include the highest pinks, rare founders items, mythics, and arcanes.
- items should be DISCOUNTED 25%, with a maximum required discount of 500k
- Do not buy items with intent to merch your guildies or rip them off. The idea is that passing items in guild is more valuable to a guild than making sales.

PVP rule:
- We kill each other in pvp.
- HOWEVER, No ganging, spawn killing guildies, we do highly recommended to stay away from ganging, though we cannot control everyone. (ZERO TOLERANCE)
- Pvp woes stays in pvp, outside of guildchat.

- Do not kill guildie with flag.
- If someone asks you to not kill them we can't stop you, but it's usually expected you comply.

PVE / recommendations:
- Use health and mana pots.
- DO NOT ask mage for mana
- No random, unsolicited party invites.
- No leaching
