Those in stash are the gifts from STS , it was given when there was some bug and many had wasted much elixers.. only you can use those elixers on any of character you have in that account. And can't sell it.

There are many many effects , from many different things that player equip. For eg: the hearts you are talking about are from the heart banners (I don't remember exact names, but something like little hearts/big hearts), then the Halloween pumpkin, or luck leaf,floating around player is from respective leprechaun. Then there is ground effect for arcane ring. Also another ground effect for paracelsus gem equipped gear. And many more!!!

Ankhs are currency for reviving on the spot. Which means, if you use it when you die on a map, then you will spawn at that spot where you died and not at the start of map.

These things wwere given to every player for the network problems caused during Halloween event. The effects are from arcane and mythic weapons like elondrian and kershal and razors and maul.
Ankh is an object used instead of platinum for reviving or player during maps. Ankhs can be bought for 25plat/per pack. Each pack contains 25 ankhs...u can also trade in the CS or buy for gold from the CS

Ankhs replace Platinum Revives.

Those kits are either bonuses from buying plat or from STS for some community reason.

Those energy kits can be used during any event that requires energy.

People with things above their heads such as hearts come from special banners or items.
