Help please fix

So I noticed when I logged on only 3 of my 1000 friends were on & my guild was also offline . Each time I tried to enter a new server it wouldn't let me ? What's going on ... Please fix this id like to talk to my friends .. First you guys tell us no more updates then you all do this .. What's going on .. Please fix this I'm also not the only one with this problem
