How to unlock new pet i mean not the plat one the other which are locked
Pet eggs can be looted from various maps, chests, and allies. There are usually descriptions of where you can find them at the bottom of the stable interface.
Once you open the egg the pet will be unlocked.

Definitly the way you can unlock egg is to open them in your inventory. Some of them are needed to be purchase via platinums. And some of them as said in description can be looted from a lock crate or can be purchaseable through story tokens and hauntlet coins. But if you wanna hunt them for fun check out the egg loot guide location in arcane legends guide's section
