Can someone tell me the best powers for a twink rogue of around level 20 to use for both pve and pvp...I want only the names of the powers (skills).

I can tell you best skills for rogue both pvp and pve usefull.

Skills :
- Aim Shot
- Heal Packs
- Noxious Bolt
- Shadow pierce

There's nothing to farm in PvE at such low levels (there's hardly anything worth farming in endgame, gold spent-time wise).

Now about the skills for PvP, it depends on what gear you've equipped but generally you should go for:

• Aimed Shot (5/5),
• Shadow Pierce (2/5, just the 75% for heal),
• Combat Medic (3/5 at least if you want to PvP),
• DEX/STR/INT/crit passives (try to balance your HP, dmg and mana, critical is the least important).

At L20 that means you have 19 skill points so I suggest you go over and decide how you want to build your rogue previous to respecializing.


For warrior, if you're looking to PvP you'd probably pick:

• Horn of Renew (make sure only extended time and invulnerability shield upgrades are on if just for PvP),
• Vengeful Blood (this will help you regenerate mana from damage taken),
• Axe Throw (skip this if you only want PvE)
• Skyward Smash (3/5, don't never charge this)
• STR/DEX/INT passives (depends on what you want to play as, focus on STR though).

There are many many builds at these low levels since points are limited so I'd advise you to experiment with them yourself too!
