Ankhs what do i do with them?

Ok, so i started playing AL after a 5 month break. I noticed that klaas no longer gives potions like he used to , but gives those ankhs. What are they? What can i buy with them? Can i farm or trade them? So far i got 30 of them...

When you die, you can use ankhs to revive, without using plat!

oh... i thought that their only purpose was for revives, oh ok, so they come in handy in endgaame...
