Shadow caves! Awesomeness!

Just ran through SC5 with a really good group. Soooo much better than a Sewer run. Yea, we died, and yea, there was only one solitary pink that dropped...a sunblessed bow of all things...It was a really good example of teamwork and damage output. We cleared up to the final bosses pretty quickly with very few deaths and no elixirs. There was some mob mixups, a lost connection, and a couple of new group members who weren't feelin' it to break it up. It didn't help that I had to AFK when my wife was sick of handling my toddler son alone...

anyway, what I'm sayin is...try it out! Most of it can be done without pots, and if done properly, only 3 or 4 tank pots. I need some more levels on me to feel like I'm a contributor....

A lot more people would play it if it wasn't so costly on potions and gave exp.

Shadow caves is fun with a pro group. It is a nightmare with PUGs.

Nothing like going into a shadow cave match and the only mage is yelling "REV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".

I ran through with a group from cave 1 to 5 too when I was lv50. Pity I can't remember who they were, great group with 2 bears and 2 mages. Everyone unselfishly potting to occasion to clear the bosses. Best run I ever had while playing PL.

I got to play in a epic group of old time veterans when the caves first came out. Most epic time of my life, ever.

I would too. If only the caves were released sooner and weren't foiled by the 100% drop rate, then I think the caves would of been a epic win and everyone would still play them.
