cant download client from play store

Ok, I have been playing for a year on. Next book 8 , the other day it crashed and is totally dead. So I got a new next book 8 . When I go to the play store it says "not compatible with this device" I look in setting its the same android over (4.1.1) its making me want to pull my hair out... please help

Oh, I don't know if this affects anything. But I did take my SD card out of my old tablet and put it in new tablet
