Ignore list + gems

I had 8 names on my ignore list. After opening the test server first time,i had 80, same names but several times, and also 2 new names appearing only once. I reopened the test server after 10 minutes, with 72 names on the ignore list, and again 2 new names, with no duplicate. After 5 minutes, again 80 names on my ignore list.

Second issue is gem color related. Normal gems in my items are white, while super gems and Tarlok gems all yellow.
