Old Player Wants To Return

I have been away from the game for quite some time, and I would like to start playing again. I am using the same Game Center ID, but have purchased a new phone (iPhone 6+). My forum account still exists obviously. I do not believe that there was any account registration when I played before. Is there any way to get my characters back? I had an Ursan and an Avian that I had maxed out at the time. That was when the pharaoh levels were first introduced, if that gives a reference point. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
