Can't Log-in to get support

Every time I try to Log in to get support, it seems like it logs in, asks me for an email address to add, and that is all I can do?

How can I get support if I can't log in??

Same situation. Remiem told me chatbox to e-mail your case to support@spacetimegames.com I did it today and i had my reply today aswell. Hope this helps
