how can we loot dark watch swords, devourer mauls, storm swords, captain axe, etc

They used to be availabe via Locked Grand Crates of the Watch in previous seasons however they no longer drop. The only way to get these is by buying from people that have kept these items.

Dark watch swords are from season 2. This was a season where not so many people opened them especially at low levels because there was nothibg valuable inside. Thats why for example there are only a few dws lvl 9 (less then 100 I suppose). So they cost 10m+ at some lvls
