From what ik, imbued is best gear. But ppl have told me that the "41 mythics" are good too. When i go in the cs/auc, and search for mythic stuff, all i find is a l26 helm, l31 armor and l30 pendant and ring. Is there a way to make these mythic items l41 items? Thanks

you can make them lv 36 through the upgrade quests.
pink sets will have better armor, and imbued sets are best atm but very $$$.
once you upgrade mythics to lv 36, they are bound to your toon and untradeable.

the mythic jewelry is not upgradeable.

Well idk about eerie but talisman has a decently often proc that gives +25 dex

I have warrior and mage in endgame, I dont have rogue (still levelling). As warrior, mythic ring and amulet (lv 30) is not as better as frostbitten ring and eerie potency / assault. As mage, the blood ruby is still good enough, for now. And for amulet I choose elon fitness, That I think better than lunar.

Yes, both are better. I personally prefer the Eerie of potency, as if gives both health and crit chance. Furthermore the wild talismans's proc is based on damage taken: You need to get hit multiple times in order to activate the proc, which is great if you are a warrior, but so much if you are a rogue. Fang (mythic amulet) is probably the third best choice and the cheapest of the 3, so if you are on a budget you could get one of those.
