Necropolis bones in Febuary?

I was doing the kraken daily quest visit Agir island and I found a Necropolis bone.In febuary is this a bug? dosnt seem normal.

The map is so forgotten that they haven't removed it from the loot table...I guess

I always ask myself why I keep 3 necropolis bones... Are Necropolis Crates still craft-able???

Oh well, these were from the Halloween event....like for crafting new locks n the new cursed skull GEM.

There is a certain period where u are able to craft when the event is at its end, its called the cooldown period, all you can do is finish off remaining quests, last chances to craft the exclusive event items.

I guess that time is off now. I can throw these
