Anyone know the needed budget and also what set to use?

Gear i guess:
Lurid/umbral/dev potency
Ice set of pot(for dmg )anc set of pot(for hp and mana)
Ens band of poten(rare)/wint star ring of potency(idk there could be better )
Tarlok heart of pot/eerie necr amu of pot
Cost if u choose the best gears i.e clean
Lurid around 500k i guess
Ice set around 300-400k
Ens band of potency 1-2m not sure
Tarlok 100-150k
The cost will differ on the kind of gems hope this helps ty.

I would suggest u the following:

Umbral bow brutality (have 2 procs, 5% critic for party and arcane patch that slow the opponent): cost normal gems around 300k

Ancient druid set of potency or ice scale set of potency: around 500k

Swirling band of brutality lvl14 cost 1k, or if u looking for opness, legend braid (5m) or power ring (3m)

Tarlok heart of potency cost around 600k

thats all whit normal gems, u should have atleast one para on that gear and some eyes.

to clarify on ring whit stats:

Power ring (3m) >> 20dex, 10 str, 3.0 Damage

Swirling brutality lvl14 (1k) >> 17dex, 9str, 3.0 Damage

Legend Braid (5m) >> Idk but i think its like power ring and add 100 mana

With singe you either have a balanced build with 2 para: umbral, ancient pot set, swirling, tarlok heart of pot.

Or 1 para: devourer bow of pot, icescale pot set, elondrian ring of celerity, tarlok heart of pot.

Legend is counter ring of power 20 dex 10 int 3.0dmg (its the mana ring)

I can say you prolly need like 8-10M for this if you will grand them wind gems alone. If you will buy it gemmed already, it may be 10-12M approximately. (Considering OP sellers *laughs*)

Pet : Legendary (Dovabear, Malison, Blinky)
Arcane (Glacian : Crit, Armor and Buffs) (Maridos : HP and Buffs) I wanna suggest Nekro and SnS, but its kinda expensive atm. (Samael : Crit and Stun awesome too!)

^^this. The main difference between ancient druid set and icescale set is that druid gives 120 more health and 150 more mana with about 2-3 less dmg and 15 less armor. These stats are based on lvl 17 but lvl 15 should be about the same.

Singe: if your going to use singe or any pet without mana regen you may find that you have mana issues(unless your warriors are good and pay attention to you). That being said, i would use ancient druid set for the extra mana. Another possible solution i have seem some players do is use a haunted ring. Granted, haunted rings have considerably worse stats than a season 1 ring(power ring or legend braid) but the 8 mana regen is very nice for singe users.

Paras: definitely make sure you have atleast one para, but try to get as many as you can. A considerable number of rogue players have more than 1 para. Before i switched to playing warrior i personally had 4 para gems. One of my friends who recently quit had 7 paras. Most warriors only have 1 para, with a few warriors having 2.
