It might go off quantity of quests completed then. I had turned in the last boss quest and assumed that was what activated the bandit king/queen daily quest. I had 19 quests completed when it became available.

The only quests I didn't complete were the three involving the Hazmat Investigator, daily quest for catacombs, daily quest for swill pitz, and the daily quest for the hostages in stronghold.

What is your quest count at for BS?

I assumed that we had to do all daily quests to unlock the final daily quest but it wasnt that. I think my quest count in BS was also 20. Now I have the quest though

So I looked and I didn't see the "black Ice" quests where'd they got? I just turned lvl 30 so I wanted to see where the quests were and possibly do a few. Can someone help me find em and do em?

They're the snowball and yeti pelt quest. The items themselves are a waste since the pinks you get farming them are just as good if not better.

Description: Collect 1,000 snowballs from ELITE Lil’ Yetis
Notes: Requires Elite Frost dungeon and the required level of 30. Kill Elite Lil’ Yetis until you obtain 1,000 snowballs. The best place is in Chapter 4. Return to Ryom to complete quest. HAVE FUN!

First of all, I have to say thank you for the comprehensive quest guide; it's extremely helpful when I need to tear through quests quickly. I do have a question though... What is the deal with the Weapons for Mass Destruction quest? I trolled AO3 killing aliens, only to find out that the quest reward is....the components for another mystery weapon (which requires another 5 plat to get a recipe for) ?! I don't see the point at all; you can't trade or sell them, so a duplicate is worthless, am I right? Am I completely missing something here? Thanks in advance for any and all feedback, and thank you again for the guide.

I am level 56 now and forest haven was so long ago how do I know which two quests I'm missing?
