Is razor shield still bugged?

I was just wondering if razor shield stun immunity still doesn't work with the increased duration.

I love using it in PVE as well as PVP, but I think it's only really useful in PVE with the increased duration. Having to respec. between the two (with duration for PVE and without for PVP) is getting expensive.

Since this is the year of bug fixes, I wanted to know if it has been fixed yet before I spend more gold/plat on respecs. If it hasn't, is there any news on whether or not it will be fixed in the near future?

bugged since a long long time. maybe before the "mage buff" was announced, which was around a year+ago
