Add NPC option to remove the (static :S) wings from the token cupid vanity.

I'm not sure if they are going to stay static to fix the warrior visual bug, but the cupid wings vanity does look kind of awkward now. Lots of players are slightly regretting spending time/tokens on the vanities if this is how they're going to be.

Soo.... if the plan is for them to stay that way maybe an NPC option to remove the wings from those vanities that we have already bought, for a "flightless cupid" vanity might be a nice solution, similar to the bannerless love mechanism last year?

I know I'd certainly take a wingless option over static wings if given the choice

I believe they will fix them back to normal in the next update we get ( Hopefully )

But if not that could be a viable idea I suppose

Even if it is a bug and they flap again, it would still be a nice idea
