Actually bears have to choose between royal and plat pack. 153 dex is required to wield the plat takin and you need 108str to wear royal. I just checked my 51 bear(that I never use) and it has 108str 151 dex. So you can't use plat takin and royal together

Yup I checked on my bird earlier. They shouldn't be as hard to deal with as dodge Bears should they?
