New Exansion and Event crates

Well yesterday we talked a bit in gc about the new exansion ( new lvl cap).
New items will be introduced and so on thats clear ... but there was one question:
The old event crates are dropping legendarys scaled to the chr lvl..
Will ursume necro and so on crates be able to drop lvl 46 legendarys if cap rises?

Probably not, the chests wont drop event items at higher level. The first winter event (tarlok) everyone could see the armor sets from the chests only caps at 36, not 41 when opened at high levels
