Pvp farming

I see many ppl farming kills, especially some close friends. I just don't get how they do it. When I join a pvp game, It's always full. So how do they farm? -.-

Kills:
They just fill a room and kill dummies.

Flags:
They fill and room and rotate flags without defending it. Kill/gang anyone that stops their free flagging.
