It's all chance. Sometimes I have this crazy notion that the gear and pets I use affect things like luck, stun(not including procs), and loot.

Yeah, what's the use for the movement upgrade if the most frequent stun seems to ermm 'override' the upgrade.

I think it has received a silent buff, it seems to freeze me a lot more frequently than it used to earlier. Also, I get frozen through razor shield which is annoying >.<

Idk but i hate this blasted pet! fighting 4v4 with all level 14 other team with 2 breeze earlier and man my char feels so heavy to move maybe passive freezes more.

Why do we all sound so surprised? This isnt the first time STS introduced secret buffs/nerfs into this damned game.

Yes, breeze's AA pool freeze timer duration has been slightly increased to lock players in a few seconds longer and it's % to land freeze was increased. Breeze's passive attack "freeze" proc rate has also been increased to stun/freeze you but only increased about 1.5secs more from Original Nerf amounts.
Breeze has been tweaked up, I suppose in hopes it wasn't noticed.
