Alot of level 50 pinks are horrible, so not hard to out-do level 50s, but still an amazing bow

It is a level 50 item, but this is the level 45 form. Ao3 is scaled, like BS. If everyone in the party is level 45 and under, the loot will be 45 (NOTE: this is only for the "trash" loot. It doesn't work for void rift or cosmos, just the fate fortune and destiny pinks as for pinks) same for 47 and 49 loot.

Yeah that bow is the best bow for lvl 45-49. Even the purps are better than the lvl 45 ao2 pinks. Find Raptorhide armor and helm at that level and you've got quite a nice setup till endgame

it's 45, 47, 49, and the usual 50.

Not really, just try farming Mynas or Keeper with a team of level 45s - not as easy as at 50. Not to mention the hassle of having to keep one of your characters at 45.
