gnomes have shorter limbs and legs and torso aren't that big, then again.. its in arlor so the gnomish anatomy must be different in order to adapt to arlor's environment
and imagine running a dungeon where you have tiny figure with hammers trying to kill you

It says it out right and clearly! We're getting a new Arcane shard that probably can be crafted into an Arcane amulet. You didn't think the mythic would have been it did ya? From the sounds of it, this amulet will proc a necro shield.

It will probably drive down the price of recipie and necro. If only I could refund my Scorch and take a chance at opening 15 crates instead!
