I am having the same problem too. I sent email but still no response.
My suggestion is this...it tells u ur new password will b there shortly but it's been almost 2 days n I still ain't got mine n others having the same problems...I suggest that if u say something make it true..

You just need to remember all informations from your account and sts can help you. Except ppl who bought accounts they cant give all informations to sts cus it werent them own acc from start then they cry and share to ppl "sts not giving my acc back or new pass...." It is not sts fault it is your own fault. Play fair game.
