Can anyone compare Deli vs FH4? Where should I farm lol?

I've had the best luck at FH4 personally, but that could just be me...deli is probably better, i just like to afk in FH4 =p

Can anyone confirm that recipes drop in Dark Forest and Balefort? I have tried Quick Love for a while (just to break the mind numbing monotony of Meatheads Deli) and get nothing...

In the crafting guide by Lovenus, he only states that Level 5 and 15 recipes drop from Forest Haven bosses...
