Not sure if it's working as intended, but I just visited Treasure Island, and one of the locations dropped a necropolis bone for me. Kind of awkward, as there is no real use for it right now.

Its an old bug waiting to be fix...
Its from 2014 Halloween event, I was wondering same thing till I read the description
Wait, i thought sts fixed this bug. Something about "(name of this island) no longer drops necropolis bone" thingy on the news log

That's an old bug, don't mind that bone. Just delete it. It's totally useless.
