You do realize there will probably be like 5 rings at each active bracket, these rings will be bought by the rich that maybe even have the resources to make a 11 para set...
This ring is going to ruin twinking pvp even more than that breeze did.

Also not to forget, sorcs get a shield buff which works against freeze when tanks have a skill point used in jug movement impairment upgrade that doesn't work against freeze. Where is the logical part in that?

Even if the stats are a bit less an 11th gem can make a difference at some lower lvls, especially if it's a rich person with a full para set.

Assuming from Remiems weekly community update the ring gives 20% XP gain for a limited time and 10% luck when it procs which is stack able with luck/xp lix and the lepre. The mainly use for this ring would be pve and not pvp so I would guess that it will have low stats.

Twink already have myt amulet, best only for lv 1 or 2 bcoz they can add 3 gems on it.

Actualy 11 para gem is not the extreme...with lepre they can do 12 paragems in level 5 below bracket..js
