Paracelsus Soul Stones(Paras) buy an item with it or slot one on yours.
Best to try and work for thr para gem off you own back borrowing/lending is a sketchy business especially if you don't know the person.
Best thing to do is save up and buy a lunar pendant or blood shuyal ring with para gem in it
