So is that gem supposed to be there?

I have a level 54 archer known as Woundedeagle and he wields a: Trapp's Gemstone Auto-Bow(level 53). I have thought about it and its no problem at the most that the gem to the farthest left is like a mile above the other gems. I was just wondering if that was supposed to be there?
