New ring mage

First I'm a lvl 41 mage, I have the blood ring with one grand glacial and two reinforced. Would this new ring be a good up grade for me, and how should I gem it?

This ring isn't much recommended for Mage, the str loss is quite bad...especially for a mages arcane shield.

1.Don't buy it
2.if the reinforceds are grands keep them,if Not,try for grand INTs.

You'd be better off with an archon ring of potency or an elondrian ring of fitness imo.

They are basically for farming and grinding. I wouldn't recommend them as a primary ring for any class.
