finders keepers quest...

i've done The Brothers Othozz (AO3-1) but Sizoo doesn't' give me quest
Finders Keepers (must complete The Brothers Othozz; AO3-2)

am i missing a quest??

Maybe 46 or 47. They steadily become available as you level. All of them will be available at level 50 for sure.
