Rmk means remake. So at the end of the map when someone says rmk he means he's going to remake the map.

Gz means gratz

You can buy vanities in store or consignment shop in balefort

It's easier to buy sets but you need to go to a townie and click on the craftier. He will give you list of items and you need to buy. For example burke the blacksmith of forest haven.

Depends what level you are. Slayer for starries, feast for drag. They have the biggest drops but take freakin ages

Vanities and sets can be also dropped in a map, it depends on your luck!
And if you called about farming, i think running for gold is also a type of farming so if you're poor and you don't get any drops like meh, you can farm on plasma pyramid, map of alien oasis: Part II

You need to have good sets of 55
if you run here at level 43 or 45 u'll probably die more than you kills them except you have good gear
at 55+ the killing rate increases and you can finish that map easily
I don't really know the Gold-rate of low levels but of 75 it is 200k per hour(no break in between)

Plasma pyramid gives 50k +- 5k / 15 runs if you liquidate the loots. Back in the days i used to run in x15remake periods. This way of calculating is easier for lower levels, cuz i bet they cant make 200k there / hour.

You can farm at any level. It just gets a bit harder. Farming scaled items is a very valid method. So if you run swamps on a L30 you get L30 drops and they sell for like 10x more

1. you can purchase vaniity using platinum or farm them.
2.you cant make set the only way is to farm them all maps 60-76 exept the overlord the last bosses usually drops everything they drop on that lvl.
