Freeze and Run!

I was twinking on a 20 the other day and this mage kept juking me... over and over and over. All he would do is hit fire every time I went for him and auto.

I am a Level 15 Dex bear. But his first part of his name is Heneral but he is a dex bird that uses evade focus and kites and shoots me tell im frozen and just spams blast shot and his snowballs. nothing i can do except try and kill him with talon. Most time wont work against a dex bird with evade so ya!

He's a bird with a snowball launcher. They are no where near as powerful up close. It would be senseless of him to stay like that considering how underpowered birds are at that level. (Only reason why I accept running in this case). Solution? Get a Snowball Launcher and Freeze him too. Works every time.

It only works if he keeps running for 5 minutes- otherwise you can just leave like me lol

Its ayebeast and he is level 16 but there is nothing you can do when u are as poor as a bumblebee and dont have a launcher. What should i do and this guy is higher level then me
