What is wrong with the ignore list?

Recently, the number of names on my ignore list keeps changing even though I'm not adding or removing names. Sometimes, the names on the list changes and goes back to the old one. Figured it might be because they were trying to make all characters on an account be ignored if you put one character on the said account on the list as they stated before.

But what surprised me is that I saw one of my character's IGN on the ignore list when I never put it there. Why would I put my own character's IGN on the list in the first place? Also, that IGN is on the same account where I saw it listed on. When I re-log, it goes back to normal and my IGN is removed from the list again.

Does this happen to others as well?
