when i hit continue it goes to the login screen like before. Nothing to worry i guess
I was getting the same thing on my home PC last night. Kind of weird, but as you said, hitting Continue makes it go away.
If you hit reset, you will have to download all patches again (been there, done that).
Not sure what is causing it though.

I don't understand this too much, unless they were trying to refresh their ban database to make sure the devices that are banned are actually still banned?
