Hot Keys for Loadouts

I don't know if this has been suggested before or not, but..

Can we have the load outs mapped to specific hot keys for eg (Alt + "a key)

I know it is a simple process as it is, but to be able to hot key the change from one loadout to another would save vital few seconds in a pvp match for example. An example would be being able to change from a loadout which incorporates a dmg ring / pendant to one that gives mana regen. Being able to swap from one to another alomost instantly would give you the advantage to build up mana where you need it and then change up to dmg as the fight begins.

Also as a side note to this, could the loadouts incorporate pets also,

Yea I agree with Outsizes unfair to mobile users hope devs just add 5th skill slot (so wars can become op with vb and jug hehehehe)

Lol 5th skills slot will be HELL cause rogues can add raozr shield mages will add heal tanks will add jugg so bad idea TBH imo

Better alternative would be quick loadouts on the HUD somewhere
