I think Karma is shifted to Horror but we've returned the name to Fire. So, Fire can do what he wants w/ the guild name including building a new guild. At least, this is how I interpreted this.

Sorry for the confusion.. yes it was disband i think but this i did not know.. so ill be rebuilding Karma again.
