Call Of Champions

So they have 40 Call Of Champions Characters. They came up with all these different and unique characters and yet no new class in AL. Why not have added the 40 Champions in AL and have 43 classes.

Because we dont need 43 classes, tht would just be a mess.
We are a MMO, focused on leveling ONE character and get gear,
CoC is a MOBA, focusing on fighting all the time, no need for levels or gear.

Well, in addition to what Jina has stated,MMO's generally don't have 40+ classes to choose from. I mean, STS can't even find out how to balance out 3 classes, what makes you think that they will ever add more? Even if they did, this is a mobile game. Max amount of classes would be around 4-6. In PC MMO games, there are such games that have around 12+ classes, and 2 or more subclasses for those 12 classes.

Arcane legends could have new characters implemented just like pocket legends did but that was only to receive a dying game which didn't go according to plan sadly but bringing new characters to play in arcane legends would spark a lot of interest in a already blooming population especially with a cap and events round the corner

When AL cant balance 3 classes, how do you expect them to manage more.
More importantly, the game including pets and gear are completely based on the three primary stats : int, dex, str
To add classes would be to add more primary stats i.e. change the entire core of the game itself.
If you mean hybrid classes ( like int+dex) ; these stats arent complicated enough and lvl cap isnt high enough for such duality to actually work and be any different either in build or in execution
Rather, i would prefer skill add ups to create diversity in combinations and making players different from each other other than just gear difference
