Well there is alot of time to cap till 77. Since no updates coming to pl. The newbies always need time to understand the game and know the mechanics. But the only thing is The newbies (after bsm cap). Didnt have the time to cap to 56, 61 etc. I just want that there is balanced pvp. That is what Sts always strived for. Well to balance the game a little more, everyone should be able to get a 3pc ring. In my opinion

I would be meh if everyone was agreeing with me. Keep your thoughts coming. I might make some changes, who knows? And it would be obvious that those that had capped during this hiatus will be the ones enjoying the 3-piece in the end if the devs take this suggestion.

Rhinoes don't need a buff at 17. They get are very annoying to beat as it is.

Easy thing to solve, increase the dmg buff AND the dodgey tanky buff, but make their dmg buff learned at 22, similar to enchantress.
