Planar Tombs Map 3 completed but no planar token show in stable

Dear AL,

Have completed planar tomb 3 a couple of times, even though it say 2 planar token received each time killed the boss but it does not show any increase in my stable other then the daily 10 token completed 3 runs each day....

This is so unfair to my effort runs or is this another bug on my this account???
Cause everytime there is suppose to have free stuff that AL announce to give us in our stash, I will not receive it at all

Maybe your end can help me to verify?

Check in your Satchel. Same place story tokens and hauntlet coins are found.

Did u pick the fragment that drop from boss when he was defeated ?

Yes, I did and it always say 2 planar essence collected but when I check it does not increase at all. I will say that is I am lucky enough that daily 10 after completed 3 runs is at least show then total nothing increase.

I now totally clueless whether is this a Facebook login bug or character account bug. Cuz if I use email account login on my other char, it seems ok
